The web, read for you.
tornad searches, reads the pages and answers with its sources. For you in the search bar, for your apps through an API.
Demo: a question is typed, tornad reads three sources and writes a short answer that cites them.
Search
You ask a question. tornad reads the pages for you.
Not ten blue links to open one by one: tornad fetches the pages, reads them and gives you a short answer. Every sentence points to its source, so you can check in one click.

The map
A place, a route, and nobody following where you go.
Addresses, opening hours, walking and driving directions across France, from OpenStreetMap. The route is computed on our side, not by an advertising giant.
Open the map →Demo: a walking route draws itself on the map, from Matabiau station to the Saint-Aubin market, with its duration.
The API
Your app reads the web the way tornad does.
Search, Fetch, Render, Map, Crawl: one service key, one call, and the pages arrive already read, as markdown. Accounts, and so keys, open by invitation.
See the API →Demo: a curl request calls tornad's search API with a key, and the JSON response arrives line by line.
Who it is for
People who want to search without being the product.
Everyone, for search: it stays open, no account needed. Developers and small teams who need the web inside their app, for the API: they request an invitation.
The frame
- Search works without an account and without ads. Only API keys need an invitation.
- Accounts open in small waves, to keep the service fast. The invitation reaches you by email when your turn comes.
- The map covers France. Elsewhere, search works; directions do not yet.
